What PlatformDTC does
PlatformDTC does not connect to Braintree. On its own Authorize.Net rail, an unsettled capture is voided rather than refunded and every money movement is keyed so a replay returns the recorded result instead of acting twice.
Why it happens
The authorization was voided or reversed earlier, by you, your system or the processor.
What the store can do
Check the transaction's history. Contact Braintree if the reversal was not expected.
For developers
Braintree returns processor_response_code 2037 with processor_response_text “Already Reversed” and processor_response_type “hard_declined” on the Transaction object.
