Checked

What PlatformDTC does
PlatformDTC does not connect to Braintree. On its Stripe checkout a bank that refers the payment answers call_issuer or a raw 01/02 referral; PlatformDTC retries those renewals once after 48 to 72 hours, then asks the subscriber for another way to pay.
Why it happens
The issuer flagged the transaction for a manual check, often because of its size or an unusual pattern, and wants to speak to the merchant.
What the store can do
For an online store, ask the shopper for another card or PayPal. Contact Braintree if you need to complete a voice authorization.
For developers
Braintree returns processor_response_code 2011 with processor_response_text “Voice Authorization Required” and processor_response_type “hard_declined” on the Transaction object.
