What does Adyen refusal reason 10 “Not supported” mean?
Checked
Adyen refusal reason 10, "Not supported", means the shopper's bank does not support or does not allow this type of transaction. Examples are cards limited to domestic use, cards blocked for online purchases, or card types restricted to certain merchants. Retrying the same card will not help; the shopper should use another card or ask the bank to allow the purchase.

What PlatformDTC does
PlatformDTC does not connect to Adyen; its checkout runs on Stripe and PayPal. The matching Stripe answer, card_not_supported, is on PlatformDTC's never-retry list: renewals are not retried and the customer is asked for a different card.
Why it happens
The issuer's rules for this card exclude this transaction type. Adyen's raw responses give a fleet card used for a non-fleet purchase as an example of a related refusal (12 Invalid transaction).
What the shopper can do
Use another card, or ask your bank to enable online or international purchases on this one.
What the store can do
Offer alternative payment methods such as a wallet or another card.
For developers
refusalReasonCode "10". If the raw response is 12 Invalid transaction, Visa classes it as category 1: do not reattempt.
