PlatformDTC 的处理方式
PlatformDTC 不连接到 Braintree。在其自己的 PayPal 通道上，同样的回复是 PAYER_ACCOUNT_LOCKED_OR_CLOSED，这是 PlatformDTC 的一个始终终止的代码：无论商店的重试设置如何，订阅都会被取消，不进行重试。
