How a shopper pays with MB WAY
The shopper enters their phone number on your payment page. MB WAY sends a push notification; they open the app and approve within four minutes. There is no redirect: your page stays open and updates when MB WAY confirms. On a computer they approve on their phone; on a phone they switch to the app and back.
Disputes and statements
Shoppers can dispute MB WAY payments for suspected fraud, duplicate payments, or an amount that does not match the order. Stripe holds the amount and you have seven calendar days to send evidence such as tracking or proof of delivery. Custom statement descriptors are not supported, so Stripe's name appears on the shopper's statement.
