How do Indonesian shoppers pay online?
Checked
Indonesian shoppers pay with e-wallets and bank apps through QRIS, the national payment QR standard set by Bank Indonesia. One QRIS code works across participating banks, e-wallets and apps, so a merchant needs only one code. GoPay is one such e-wallet: it pays by QRIS as well as for phone credit, electricity tokens and bills, and says it is licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia. Cards are used too.

What PlatformDTC does
PlatformDTC checkout does not offer QRIS or Indonesian e-wallets today. Indonesian shoppers can use the card form, Apple Pay or Google Pay; PayPal can't charge in rupiah, so it shows only when the store prices in a PayPal currency such as US dollars.
What QRIS changes
Bank Indonesia sets QRIS as the national payment QR standard, so one code accepts payments from any participating bank, e-wallet or app.
Selling to Indonesia from abroad
Stripe doesn't list QRIS or Indonesian e-wallets among its payment methods. A foreign store usually reaches Indonesian shoppers with cards and phone wallets.
