A worked month
Assumptions: Stripe's standard pricing, an average order of DKK 375, every payment successful, no refunds or disputes. Each line is rounded to the cent.
DKK 75,000.00 in 200 orders, all standard European Economic Area cards: 1.5% of DKK 75,000.00 = DKK 1,125.00, plus 200 × DKK 1.80 = DKK 360.00. Total DKK 1,485.00, or 1.98% of sales.
DKK 375,000.00 in 1,000 orders, all standard European Economic Area cards: 1.5% of DKK 375,000.00 = DKK 5,625.00, plus 1,000 × DKK 1.80 = DKK 1,800.00. Total DKK 7,425.00, or 1.98% of sales.
If a fifth of that DKK 375,000 month came from international cards at 3.15% + DKK 1.80, with no currency conversion, the bill would be DKK 5,940.00 on the domestic DKK 300,000 plus DKK 2,722.50 on the international DKK 75,000: DKK 8,662.50 in total.

What raises your fees
The headline rate covers the cheapest case. These push the real cost up:
- Premium cards: 2.8% + DKK 1.80 instead of 1.5% + DKK 1.80.
- Cards from abroad — UK cards: 2.5% + DKK 1.80.
- Cards from abroad — international cards (outside the EEA and UK): 3.15% + DKK 1.80.
- Currency conversion: +2% when the payment is in a currency other than the one you are paid out in.
- Disputes: DKK 200.00 for each dispute received, plus DKK 200.00 if you counter it by hand (given back if you win).
- Small orders: the fixed DKK 1.80 weighs more on a small basket. On a DKK 75 order, 1.5% + DKK 1.80 is 3.91% of the sale.
For developers
The fee Stripe actually took on a payment is on that charge's balance transaction (fee and fee_details), in your settlement currency. Read it from there rather than recomputing it from this page, because card type and conversion change it per payment.
