PlatformDTC 的处理方式
PlatformDTC 不连接 Braintree。在其自己的 PayPal 通道上，买家移除的已保存 PayPal 会作为已撤销的 vault token 返回，PlatformDTC 始终将其视为终结状态：订阅被取消并记录为买家撤销。
