What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

You find it and you undo it, which is the part that makes agents usable rather than the part that makes them impressive. Every write an agent performs goes through the same audited API your team uses, under a key scoped to that agent alone, and lands in an audit log with the agent, the key and the before state attached. Writes are idempotent, so a retry after a timeout cannot double-charge a customer or duplicate an order. Nothing that moves money — a refund, a campaign send, an ad budget — executes on the agent's own authority; it waits for a person. The realistic failure is an agent writing a bad product description, not an agent spending your money, and the bad description is one revert away.

What does "you set the limits" actually mean?

Three concrete controls, not a settings page full of toggles. Each agent gets its own key with only the operations it needs, so the merchandising agent cannot touch payouts and you can revoke any single key without disturbing the others. Anything that spends passes through an approval gate before it executes, with the amount and the destination shown. And every action is logged against the key that performed it, so "who changed this price" has an answer rather than a theory. An agent with no key has no access at all — the default is nothing, and you add.

Should I start free or talk to sales?

Start free if you are setting up a store and want to see the product; nothing about it is a trial that expires out from under you. Talk to sales if you already sell and are asking whether to move, because the answer depends on three facts about your current setup — whether stored card credentials can be transferred, whether your earning URLs have one-to-one equivalents, and whether subscription state reconciles — and none of them survives a signup form. Getting those wrong is worse than not moving, so we would rather establish them with you first than sell you a migration that hurts.

What does running on one platform actually replace?

The storefront, the checkout, the subscription engine, the payment connection, inventory and fulfilment routing, email and SMS, and the analytics that report on all of it — as one system with one set of records rather than a commerce platform with six apps synced to it. The difference shows up in the disagreements you stop having: inventory that reserves against upcoming renewals, one discount engine rather than two that stack differently, and a renewal that can be attributed to the campaign that produced the original order. Payments still settle into your own Stripe and PayPal accounts; we do not sit between you and your money.
