Self-Driving Score counts automations
The Self-Driving Score now counts everything your team didn't have to do.
Changed for merchants
- Self-Driving Score is now the share of actions over the last 30 days that nobody on your team had to do: agent actions, automations (renewal billing, automation rules, fraud blocks, recovered checkouts) and customer self-service, out of all actions. Only team actions count against it. Before, it compared agent actions with team actions only, so a store run mostly by automations scored low. Drafts waiting for approval and failed actions still don't count.
