Review requests and review import
Ask buyers for reviews by email, and bring your reviews over from Judge.me, Yotpo, Loox or Shopify Product Reviews.
- Review requests. In Products → Reviews, turn on Email buyers a review request. Each order placed after you turn it on is emailed once, a set number of days after delivery (or after fulfilment when no delivery scan arrives), listing what the buyer ordered with clickable stars. A buyer is never asked twice about the same product, and only buyers who agreed to your marketing emails are emailed. Off until you turn it on. See Ask buyers for a review.
- Review import. Products → Reviews → Import reviews reads the CSV export of Judge.me, Yotpo, Loox or Shopify Product Reviews, shows what will be imported and which rows can't be matched to your products, then imports reviews with their dates, replies and photos. Importing the same file twice adds nothing twice. See Import reviews from another app.
