v1.47
See why subscribers left
Subscriptions → Home has a new card, "Why subscribers left", that splits every cancellation in the period by who ended the subscription.
New
- Four causes. The card splits cancellations into Customer decided, Payment failed, Fraud & disputes and Order cancelled. Each cause shows its count, share and lost monthly recurring revenue, and a table lists every reason under it.
- Customer decided covers the customer asking you or support to cancel, the one-click cancel link, and cancelling the billing agreement at PayPal.
- Fraud & disputes covers Cancel and refund Highest-risk orders, chargebacks, and a card's bank reporting fraud.
Fixed
- Fraud and disputes are no longer read as the customer's choice. A subscription cancelled because its order was ranked Highest risk, or because the customer filed a chargeback, used to be counted as a customer who chose to leave. The Involuntary Churn tile now reads "n of total cancellations were failed payments", and the card shows the rest by cause.
