An order's risk level no longer changes when the bank reports it

• A fraud report or chargeback no longer turns an order Highest risk. An order that scored Normal kept that level until its card's bank filed an early fraud warning, and then read Highest, a verdict the fraud check never made. The report now shows on the order's Fraud analysis card and on the Warning and Disputes tabs, and the risk level only reflects the checks. Existing orders were re-scored.
• Automatic protection is unchanged. With Cancel and refund Highest-risk orders on, an order the bank reports is still refunded, its card and email are blocked, and the customer's subscriptions are cancelled, whatever its risk level.
