Open a decline reason and see its trend

• Click a decline reason to see its history. Failed and recovered charges per day, plus its share of all your failures and its own recovery rate. A count alone rises with your renewal volume; the share is what tells you which reason actually changed.
• What the retry engine does with that reason is stated in the same place — retried on the funds schedule, retried once, or not retried at all.

• Decline reasons are named by the code your customer's bank returned. Lost card, Stolen card, Incorrect number, Invalid account and Transaction not allowed each used to read "Card declined (unretryable)", so up to seven different problems shared one row label. They are now separate, named rows.
