Your checkout names your store, not your company

• The legal-identity line is gone from the checkout footer. It printed your registered business name, country and support phone under Sold by. The footer now shows your store name, Visit store, Contact us and your policy links.
• Generated policies name your store, not the company behind it. Your privacy policy and terms of service no longer read "Your Store (operated by Your Company LLC)", and your contact information policy is now your store name, email and support phone — no business address, no registered name.
• Nothing is taken from your payments account except your country and support phone, which are still used for the governing-law line in your terms and as a way for customers to reach you.

Policies you have edited yourself are untouched. If you need your registered name or address published — some countries require it of registered traders — write it into the policy; it becomes Custom and is never overwritten.
