Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how delivery works in connection with the platform operated by Legalize Freedom LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as "PlatformDTC" ("PlatformDTC," "we," "us"). Because PlatformDTC provides software to merchants ("Brand Owners") who sell their own products to their customers ("Customers"), this policy is organized in two parts.
Part A — Delivery of the PlatformDTC Service
PlatformDTC is a cloud-based software platform. Access to the Service is delivered electronically:
- Subscriptions are provisioned to your account immediately upon successful payment and verification.
- There is no physical product, and no shipping fee applies to the PlatformDTC subscription itself.
- If provisioning is delayed, contact support@platformdtc.com.
Part B — Shipping of Products Purchased from Brand Owners
When a Customer buys a physical product from a store built on PlatformDTC, the Brand Owner is the seller and merchant of record and is solely responsible for fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of that order. PlatformDTC does not take title to, warehouse, fulfill, or ship Brand Owner products.
B.1 Processing & Handling
- Brand Owners set their own processing times. Unless a store states otherwise, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- High order volume, promotions, or supply constraints may extend processing times; the Brand Owner will communicate significant delays.
B.2 Shipping Methods, Rates & Estimates
- Available shipping methods, carriers, rates, and any free-shipping thresholds are set by each Brand Owner and shown at checkout before payment.
- Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.
B.3 Tracking
- Where tracking is offered, a tracking number is emailed once the order ships. Please allow up to several business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
B.4 Domestic & International Shipping
- Shipping availability (domestic and/or international) is determined by each Brand Owner.
- For international orders, the Customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product or shipping price.
B.5 Accurate Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete, correct delivery address. Brand Owners are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment may incur additional cost.
B.6 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon the carrier's delivery to the address provided.
- For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, contact the Brand Owner first. Refunds, replacements, and returns are governed by the Brand Owner's policies and our Refund Policy.
B.7 Questions
- Shipping questions for a specific order should be directed to the Brand Owner that sold the product. For platform-level help, contact support@platformdtc.com.
This policy supplements our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Brand Owners remain responsible for ensuring their own store policies comply with applicable consumer-protection, shipping, and customs laws.
