What PlatformDTC does
PlatformDTC connects to a store's live or sandbox Authorize.Net environment as the store chose; Test Mode on a live account is a store setting and returns E00009 until it is switched off.
Why it happens
Test Mode lets a live account run without processing real transactions. Requests that need processing are refused while it is on.
What the store can do
In the Merchant Interface: Account > Test Mode > Turn Test OFF.
For developers
messages.message[0].code "E00009". Different from the sandbox environment, which uses its own credentials and endpoint.
