Offer test, cash cycle, growth alerts

See whether each subscription discount pays for itself, and get warned when growth is outrunning your cash.

  • Offer test on Subscriptions → Overview. For every plan × discount started in the period: the share of subscribers who cancel within 72 hours, and what a subscriber pays in their first 90 days next to a one-time buyer. Each offer gets a verdict — Beats, Matches or Trails one-time (±10%) once the 90-day answer is in, an early-cancel verdict against your other offers before that. Nothing is reported from fewer than 20 customers.
  • Churn cause trends. Click a cause in Why subscribers left to see its cancellations per day, week or month, stacked by reason, with its share of all cancellations.
  • Cash cycle on the Dashboard: days from sale to money in the bank (from your Stripe payouts), ad spend and revenue growth, refunds + chargebacks, product cost share, delivery problems and an estimated cash position over the last 30 days. Lines without data are not shown.
  • "Growth is outrunning your cash" alert, by email and in the bell, when ad spend or revenue is up 50%+ and refunds, product cost, payouts, cash position or deliveries are going the wrong way. Alert only — nothing is changed on your store.
  • Delivery digests in the bell. The daily stalled, late, exception, never-scanned and label-only parcel digests now also appear in the bell, linking to the matching Shipments list.

Fixed

  • A disconnected PlatformDTC Payments account now says so. When access to the account is revoked, Settings → Payments shows it as Disconnected with a Reconnect button, and the bell tells you payouts have stopped. Before, it could keep showing as connected.
For developers
  • GET /api/v1/dashboard/v3/store/{id}/cash-cycle returns the card's figures; absent sources are null, never 0.
