Verified suppliers and supplier scorecards
Know which Supplier Network suppliers you can count on.
New
- Verified badge. Suppliers can apply to be verified by the PlatformDTC team. We check their business registration, addresses, contact and returns policy. Verified suppliers carry a badge in your catalog and in Suppliers → Network. See Verified suppliers and scorecards.
- Verified only. Show only products and suppliers the PlatformDTC team has verified, in your catalog and in the supplier directory.
- Supplier scorecards. Every supplier's profile shows how they perform, measured from real orders over the last 90 days: ship time, on-time shipping, tracking, cancellations, refunds and disputes. A figure appears once at least 20 orders stand behind it. Before that it isn't shown, and it's never estimated.
- For suppliers. Apply for verification and upload your documents under Suppliers, and see your own scorecard with the number of orders behind each figure. See Get verified and read your scorecard.
- For AI agents. Supplier Network tools return the badge and the scorecard, and can search verified suppliers only.
Unchanged: listing stays open. Suppliers don't need to be verified to list or sell.
