Block fraud hotspots automatically

• Block fraud hotspots automatically under Settings → Payments → Cards → Block risky payments. Once a day it compares shopper countries, card countries, card number starts and email domains with the rest of your store, counting chargebacks (card and PayPal) and bank fraud reports. A group is blocked only with at least 5 bad orders, twice your store's rate, very unlikely to be luck, and never one of your big markets. You get an email and a bell notice for each block, can undo it with one press, and each block is lifted by itself when the orders no longer show a problem. Off until you turn it on. • Every order now records where the shopper paid from and the card's country and type. Chargeback insights has a new Shopping from breakdown.

• Hotspots in Chargeback insights now count bank fraud reports and PayPal disputes, not only card chargebacks, and the daily hotspot alert reads card and PayPal orders together.
• Subscriptions → Overview → Countries now places each buyer in the country they shop from rather than the shipping country, so a country whose buyers ship to a forwarding address shows its real cost per customer.
