Refunds now count in subscription profit

• Refunded orders were left out of subscription profit. Net LTV, the Customer Profit cohorts, Profit per customer, break-even and unit economics counted only orders still marked paid. Once an order was refunded it dropped out, together with its refund and its product cost, so refunds read $0 and profit read too high. Refunded and partly refunded orders now count the same way they do in Net profit on your dashboard. Expect Net LTV profit and profit per subscriber to go down by about your refund rate.
