Chargeback alerts now count in your profit
Your dashboard's Net profit now takes off what your chargeback alerts cost, so it matches the money you actually keep.
Changed
- Chargeback alerts is a new line in the Net profit breakdown, under Dispute fees. It adds up the fee for every Ethoca and RDR alert on your orders, on the day the alert was billed. The line only appears when you had alerts.
- The profit chart takes off the same fees on the same days, so the chart and the Net profit total agree.
