Pricing says “no plan fee”; Move from Shopify from AdLibrarySpy

PlatformDTC's price is now stated as "No plan fee; 2.9% + $0.30 per card sale". We used to say "no monthly fee", but a month in which you get paid out has a $2 account fee (at cost), so that wording was not exact. Nothing you pay has changed.

• Every price line (pricing page, fee calculator, announcement bar, payments settings, the store preview and the rate card agents read) says no plan fee, and the rate card now lists the payout fee (0.25% + 25¢ per payout) and the $2 account fee in a month with a payout. See Payment fees and rates.
