v1.168
Customer sign-in looks like your store
When a customer signs in to their account, the page and the code email now carry your store's name and look, not PlatformDTC's.
New
- Your brand on the sign-in page: your logo, store name, button colour, and links to your terms of service and privacy policy. See Customer accounts and sign-in.
- The sign-in code email comes from your store's name, with the subject "Your {store name} sign-in code".
Changed
- Customer accounts are at platformdtc.com/checkout. Old links to checkout.platformdtc.com forward there on their own.
- Links in subscription, membership and rewards emails open the account signed in, on the right page, with no code to type.
- Embedded checkout loads from platformdtc.com/checkout. Checkouts already embedded on your site keep working; nothing to change.
- No sign-in after the cancel page. After a customer cancels, takes your save offer or keeps their subscription, Manage subscription opens their account already signed in. See Cancel requests by email.
Fixed
- Keep my subscription now really keeps it. A customer who chose to keep their subscription on the cancel page could still be cancelled by the support agent 24 hours later. Choosing Keep now stops that.
- The Sign in link at checkout sent customers to the home page instead of the sign-in page.
- The sign-in code email came from "Shopquantum Login".
