v1.133
Read any web page, and watch it with a task
Your agent can now read any public web page, and a task can keep an eye on one for you.
- Watch a page with a task. Put a link in a task, for example "every morning, tell me about new reviews on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/your-store.com". Each time the task runs it reads that page and tells you what changed: the star rating, new reviews and what customers wrote. Unhappy customers show up as something for you to do. See Store heartbeat.
- Pages that block robots still open. Pages are read with a real browser, so review sites, competitors' pages and suppliers' catalogues work too. If a page can't be read, the task says so instead of guessing.
New for agents
dtc_read_web_pagereads any public page: the title, the text a person sees, and what the page publishes about itself (star rating and review count, each review with its stars, author, date and words, products with prices). Pages read in the last hour come from a shared copy;max_age_minutesasks for a fresher one. Public links only, read-only. See the tool catalog.
