Dashboard: see which ad accounts Meta has stopped

The Advertising table on your dashboard now shows what Meta says about each of your ad accounts.

  • Status next to every account. Open Meta in the Advertising table on Home to see each ad account's status: Active, Unpaid balance, Disabled by Meta, In review, Closing or No longer shared. Hover over it to see what it means and when we last checked.
  • Checked every 15 minutes. We ask Meta and Google about every connected ad account every 15 minutes, so once you pay a balance or Meta reinstates an account, it shows here within minutes.
  • Same words everywhere. Settings → Integrations → Accounts uses the same status names, and Google accounts now say "Disabled by Google" instead of "Disabled by Meta".
  • A shorter table. The Advertising table now shows Spend, ROAS, Purchases, CV and NC-CPA (cost per new customer). Sessions, Blended ROAS and CPA are gone. The account names stay in view when you scroll sideways on a small screen.
