v1.116

Your AI agent can now run almost everything you can

An AI agent you connect to your store can now do most of what you do in the dashboard. Anything that moves money or reaches your customers still waits for you.

New for agents

  • Orders. Cancel an order (stock goes back, the customer is refunded and emailed), change tags, the notes box and the shipping address, and leave notes only your team sees. Create draft orders and, with your approval, mark them paid.

  • Discounts, gift cards and store credit. Create and change discounts and codes, issue gift cards, and add or take balance. Each one waits for your approval in Agents → Approvals.

  • Stock. Set, adjust and move stock between locations.

  • Your online store. Write and edit store pages, blog posts and menus.

  • Reviews. Publish, hide or delete reviews, and reply publicly once you say yes.

  • Post-purchase offers. Draft, edit, turn on (once you say yes) and pause upsell funnels.

  • Customer emails and checkout. Edit the emails your store sends and your checkout settings: shipping options and prices, purchase types, customer fields, language and delivery dates. Your agent shows you the exact change and waits for your yes, because every customer sees it.

  • Marketing and Google ads. Edit draft campaigns, cancel scheduled ones, edit email templates and flows, and pause or change Google campaigns. Turning ads on or raising a budget waits for you.

  • Plain names in Agents → Approvals. Every request an agent can park now has a plain name, such as "Create a discount", "Issue a gift card" or "Turn on Google ads".

  • One line to start. The message for your agent is now just "Read https://platformdtc.com/SKILL.md". Your agent signs in, looks at your store and suggests what to do next; then ask it for anything.
