Earn points

Customers earn points on the order subtotal after discounts; shipping and tax never earn. You can also give points for creating an account, writing a verified product review, and on a customer's birthday. A refund takes back its share of the points, and a cancelled order takes back all of them. Only orders placed after you turn the program on earn points.

Spend points

Set how many points buy how much off, the fewest points a customer can redeem, and the most of an order a reward can cover. Customers redeem at checkout when signed in, or from their account, and get a one-time code that works like any other discount code. Subscribers can put points on their next renewal instead. If an order paid with points is refunded in full, the points go back.

VIP tiers

Members move up tiers by points earned or money spent, counted over their whole membership or the calendar year. A tier can multiply the points they earn on orders and send a one-time welcome reward: an amount off or free shipping. Moving down a tier never takes a reward back.

Referrals

Every member gets a link. A friend who opens it enters their email and gets a welcome discount. When the friend's first order is paid, the member earns points. No reward is given for referring yourself, for friends who already bought from you, or for orders paid with the member's card or shipped to the member's address.

Run it from your dashboard

See members, points outstanding and what they are worth, points issued and redeemed, rewards used and referral revenue. Open any member to see every point they earned or spent, their codes and their referrals, and add or remove points with a reason. Points can expire after a period with no activity, with a warning email first.

Before you start

The program is off until you turn it on in Loyalty settings. Customers redeem at checkout after signing in with their email.
