Plans

Create paid plans that renew on the billing interval you set, using a new or existing product as the membership fee. Plans can be kept as drafts until you are ready.

Perks

• A member discount on one-time orders, with per-variant member prices that replace it for that variant.
• An extra discount on Subscribe & Save renewals.
• Free shipping, always or over a threshold.
• A choice of whether perks combine with discount codes.

Access rules

Make a product or collection members-only, or give members early access with separate member and public dates.

Tiers

Qualify members for a tier by paid periods or by spend over a rolling window. A tier adds an extra discount, free shipping and earlier access, and is re-evaluated daily and at every renewal.

Members and analytics

Filter members by status, plan, tier and join date. Each member has a timeline, savings and billing, and can be cancelled or resumed. Analytics cover active and new members, membership recurring revenue, churn and member savings.

Settings

Program name, a terms link shown at checkout, renewal reminders before each renewal, and what happens when a renewal payment is not recovered. Members can cancel from their customer portal.

Good to know

Joining and member pricing work with card and PayPal payments. A membership can't be joined in the same checkout as a product subscription, and memberships can't be paused or skipped.
