Reviews on your product pages

The Product reviews section shows the average rating, a 5 to 1 star breakdown, a strip of shopper photos, star filters, sorting and pages of reviews. The stars under the product title come from your published reviews. A product with no reviews shows only a Write a review button: no 0.0 rating and no empty chart.

Every review is a verified purchase

A shopper proves they bought the product with the email and order number from their order, or by opening the link in a review request. Each order can review each product once. Up to 5 photos per review; location data and other camera metadata are removed before a photo is published.

Review requests

Turn on review requests and each new order is emailed once, a set number of days after its parcel is delivered, or after it is fulfilled when no delivery scan arrives. The email lists what the buyer ordered with clickable stars that open a review form. A buyer is never asked twice about the same product. Requests go only to buyers who agreed to receive your marketing emails, every email has an unsubscribe link, and only orders placed after you turn requests on are emailed.

Moderate and reply

Publish new reviews straight away or hold them for approval. Hide, publish or delete any review, and reply publicly under it.

Import your reviews

Upload a CSV export from Judge.me, Yotpo, Loox or Shopify Product Reviews. You see how many reviews will be imported and which rows cannot be matched to your products before anything is written. Uploading the same file again adds nothing twice, and photos are copied to your store.

Before you start

Reviews show on product pages whose theme includes the Product reviews section; the default theme and Daily Ritual include it. Imported reviews are marked verified only when the app they came from verified them.
