Smart Review asks customers for a review after their order is delivered, holds each review until you approve it, and shows the published ones on your product pages. Reviews can include photos and video, and a review that comes from a real order is marked as a verified purchase.

What it does
Smart Review runs the whole review cycle for a PlatformDTC store.
- Asks at the right time. A review request goes out after the order is delivered, on a schedule you control, with a reminder for customers who have not answered.
- You decide what goes live. New reviews wait in a moderation queue where you can publish, reject or reply. Reviews tied to a real order are labelled as verified purchases.
- A form that fits the product. Add questions and attributes such as fit or sizing, and let reviewers attach photos and video.
- Shows reviews on your storefront. Star ratings, a reviews widget, a carousel, a reviews tab and a media grid.
- Questions and answers. Shoppers can ask about a product, and you or other customers can answer.
- Rewards with disclosure. Offer a discount code for a review; the form tells the reviewer and the reader about it.
- Bring your reviews with you. Import existing reviews from a file, and export or erase them at any time.
Your data
Customers' data is erased when you delete them in PlatformDTC, and everything is deleted 48 hours after you uninstall. See the privacy policy for what is collected and why.
