For retailers

• Browse the supplier directory and import products into your store. Price is the suggested retail price or one you set, and cost is set to the wholesale price. Imports start as drafts.
• Orders for imported products route to the supplier automatically. Their tracking reaches your order and your customer's shipping email.
• Stock, pausing and wholesale changes sync to your store. Your selling price is never changed for you.
• Wholesale and shipping are recorded as your cost of goods, and the Supplier payables page shows what you owe each supplier, with CSV export.

For suppliers

• Any PlatformDTC store can become a supplier: set a profile, where you ship from and to, and handling times, and accept the Supplier Terms.
• List products you already manage with a wholesale price, an optional suggested retail price, and shipping rates by country.
• Accept, reject or ship each order with tracking, handle cancellation requests, and get an email when an order routes to you.
• Get a statement per retailer, and connect your own order system with an API key.

Performance

Accept rate, time to ship and on-time rate are shown once a supplier has fulfilled at least 10 orders.

Fees and responsibility

Suppliers bill retailers directly. PlatformDTC charges no platform fee on network orders in the first year. Products are not reviewed before listing: each supplier is responsible for product safety, labelling, compliance and fulfillment under the Supplier Terms.
