Your tracking page

A tracking page at /pages/track on your store's domain. Shoppers enter a tracking number, or an order number with the email or postcode used at checkout.

What the shopper sees

Set the shipping method name shown instead of the carrier's own name, the page heading, intro text and support link. Choose whether to show an estimated delivery range and product recommendations.

What stays private

• Show the journey as a domestic one (on by default): scans from the origin country collapse into one dispatched line, and border and customs wording is reworded.
• Name the delivering carrier: name the local carrier once the parcel reaches the customer's country, or keep your own shipping method name throughout.
• Your own wording rules: find-and-replace rules applied after the built-in ones. Leave the replacement empty to remove the words entirely.

Emails

Shipping emails link to your tracking page. Milestone emails go out for out for delivery, delivered, and delivery problems. Optional in-transit update emails are off by default. You also get a daily digest of stalled, late or never-scanned parcels.
